alexa is just for the people who has alexa toolbar installed on their computers... so alexa is a wastage of time as joc said

alexa is not accurate, the result is just an estimate or something... if you want to review or monitor your site traffic you can use web counter like google analytics or statcounter...

Alexa may only be used by the people who are buying or selling websites because the ranks could be manipulated if a lot of people access one site and all of them have the toolbar installed on their browsers. The actual matters of concern are nowadays the Google rankings which are more important.

I never cared about Alexa rankings..It Google who will bring in traffic and for my site most of the traffic comes from Google and gets converted too..
